Pride and Joy Daycare

We are proud to present the establishment of Pride & Joy Childcare located in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn.  We care for children from the ages of 18 months to 5 years.  Our hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.   We take pride in teaching the basic social skills that are crucial to the development of our children.  Pride & Joy Childcare has a great staff with 27 years of combined experience.  We believe in early childhood education in a Montessori setting.  Our program is carefully planned to include activities with a balance of important preschool experiences.  Our activities are designed to help children grow and develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually (science, math, language arts, creative arts, cooking, social studies and music). 

 

Pride & Joy Childcare firmly believes the following to be true:

• Activities that focus on the whole child will help the child develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

Pride & Joy Childcare is licensed in New York State and is certified in Early Childhood Education, CPR, M.A.T, and health and safety.

 

Pride & Joy Childcare will follow nutritional requirements and USDA guidelines for all meals and snacks.  At Pride & Joy Childcare, every birthday is a holiday!
